Start with:
*2 sprouted wheat Organic Tortillas
*1 cup Local Quinoa (rinsed and cooked)
*1/2 cup local ground buffalo or beef (seasoned)
*2 Fresh local eggs (over medium)
*1 cup black beans (cooked & seasoned)
(May be substituted for any local beans we can get our hands on like yummy Anasazi!)
*1/2 banana (sliced and sauteed in organic butter)
Topped with:
*1/8 diced local tomatoes (when available)
* A little local goat Feta or cheddar cheese
*Organic sour cream or plain yogurt
(in the shape of a peace sign of course!)
Served with a side of:
*Boulder Hot Sauce (After all Frida is known as the Patron Saint of Suffering, so pour it on and enjoy! … Boulder’s not too far away!)
How to serve:
Slightly overlap tortillas, then layer in the above order.
Garnish with any local fresh fruit in season. Organic and Local is the way to go!
Seasonings:
Frontier’s Veggie Pepper and Himalayan Crystal salt.
(So tasty and has the same 84 key trace minerals as our bodies) we love to season most of our foods with this great combo.
*All of these ingredients are available at the “ORGANIC PEDDLER on the edge” in Del Norte, Colorado (The small organic heath food store in front of the “PEACE OF ART CAFE”)
